Scope:  Full gut and refurbishment of an existing Knightsbridge apartment and extension into adjacent apartment following purchase.

The apartment underwent a fit out to an extremely high standard in keeping with the location on a speculative basis complete with high end services, air conditioning and audio visual installations. 

As a speculative prime development project, the works were carried out on an aggressive programme to maximise returns.
