Created in 2010 by owner Graeme Richards, Project1201 offers a broad range of construction consultancy to both private clients, property developers, financial institutions and other construction professionals.

As a practice regulated by the RICS, at project1201 we take great pride in offering a bespoke service tailored to the broad range and ever changing requirements of our clients and have built up an impressive portfolio of projects and clients based on recommendation and repeat business.

Although the core projects of the practice are focussed on the prime residential market in central London from £500,000 build costs, we also undertake projects further afield with a range of diversity including leisure, education, religious buildings and commercial projects.

At Project1201 we provide a range of complimentary services based on a core philosophy of delivering value to clients. Although the majority of projects are on an “inception to Occupation” basis, we also provide one off intervention and part appointment services to suit clients needs with a fully qualified and experienced staff of surveyors and project managers.

• Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management – full pre and post contract quantity surveying services from feasibility through final account and handover.
• Project Management – full range of project management/monitoring of all aspects of contractors and consultants throughout the project.
• Contract Administration – full contract administrators role in managing recording and administering the contract for the works.
• Employers Agent – provision of the relevant contract administration as well as performing the client liaison role.
• Monitoring Surveying – full range of services tailored to the financial services in monitoring of funded development projects.
• Client Representation – commercial and time related monitoring, managing and reporting on the whole project including contractors, suppliers, consultants, construction works & third party requirements.
