Scope: As part of their rental portfolio, the clients brief was to re furbish re-structure and bring the property up to date to deliver a high rental yield at the popular Notting Hill address
In addition to a full fit out, the project involved encompassing an existing rear light well into the main body of the building with a fully glazed terrace/roof and a living wall spanning between the internal and external space.
The project delivered a high end, fully automated property within a strict budget.
