Scope: The project involved the extensive internal demolition and re-modelling and reduced level dig and extension at lower ground floor level of an existing family dwelling including extensive re-modelling of rear garden.

This tired and dated house, previously divided into a number of separate residences, arranged over 5 floors was structurally re-built and refurbished to provide a stunning, practical and flowing everyday family home in the heart of Notting Hill. With a fine balance between new modern features and retention of a generous number of the original features bringing this historic home into the modern age.
