Scope:  The scope of the brief was to transform the existing, run down Ballet School, spread over three connected existing buildings to become a fully functional headquarters and cultural centre.

This included extensive re-construction and landscaping works to provide office space, meeting rooms, entertainment/function spaces and short term accommodation. along with all the required support spaces.

Although some of the historic details of the property were carefully retained, the works involved a full fit out with structural interventions and a full new service installation including AV elements.

Disabled access was also added with a new platform and passenger lift installation.
