Scope:  The project entailed the complete refurbishment of an existing family home in Notting Hill. With the lowering of an existing basement and vault areas and a replacement roof with large roof lights and a new roof terrace, the entire space planning of the house was re-configured.

Internally the works involved a full fit out with all new electrical, mechanical and public health services connected and controlled with a KNX smart control system as well as extensive repars to the existing building fabric.
