Scope: The scope of the project was the complete gut, extension and refurbishment of this extremely desirable Kensington property including the addition of a double height basement housing a pool, spa and cinema room.

Spread over seven floors the property underwent a complete internal transformation with all new structure and layouts, state of the art services and audio visual installation as well as extensive landscaping over the new basement box in the rear garden to provide a truly stunning and functional family home.
