Scope: Split into 3 blocks, the laundry, the offices and the new build houses, the elements were run simultaneously to achieve a swift development exit.

The existing buildings were extensively re-modelled with a third floor addition to the laundry to create 10 professional flats of varying sizes and a double height office space at ground floor and mezzanine level. The new mews houses complete with basement and roof terraces were constructed in a lightweight timber frame with hi tech insulation. The remainder of the, now exposed, laundry area was converted to external spaces following testing and remedial works for contamination to meet stringent code requirements.
