Scope: Following purchase and decant of the existing tenants the previously extended media offices were converted into 6 private flats. The project included major structural re-configuration, all new service infrastructure, new main stair, extension into the basement and vault areas and extensive internal remodelling. This was then followed by a swift high end fit out to meet market timings for re-sale.
