Scope: The project involves the rejuvenation of an existing lower ground floor of a sought after office building in the centre of Notting Hill, previously used predominantly as storage, to create modern and functional self contained office space consummate with the fashionable area of West Central London.

Project 1201 were retained by a private development fund to provide full Quantity Surveying services for the project involving extensive structural opening up, lowering of floor levels, a new perforated brick and glass dedicated entrance and associated stair and lift access. On completion the project will provide circa 4,500 sq. ft of modern, desirable office space to CAT-B for immediate rental.
