Scope: The project involved the full refurbishment of a private clients London apartment to a Prime residential standard.

Following major structural alteratinos to re-configure the apartment, a comprehensive fit out was carried out including all new finishes, furnishings and service installations controlled with an Arteor smart home control system.

Working in a Campden Hill mansion block the project faced stringent managing agent and party wall constraints requiring careful planning and execution.
