Scope: The project involves the new build construction of a prime mixed use development comprising 24 luxury residential apartments with with associated common spaces, balconies and roof terraces, 12 affordable apartments, 21,000 sq.ft of Grade A commercial office space to CAT-B and extensive reception/lobby areas.
Built over the historic Fleet Sewer situated on the banks of the Regents Canal in the heart of Camden, this flagship development, arranged over basement plus 9 floors will deliver a total area of approximately 77,000 sq.ft GIA. Project 1201 are delivering full service pre and post contract Quantity Surveying for the global developer as part of the client team.
